Everyone is so amazing and hard working here! They have everything that I needed and everyone was so nice about helping! The pick up is so convenient and fast as well!
Got an email my cap and gown was ready to pickup, came to pick up up only to be told it was a mistake and was still "preprocessing" and come back next week during the fair instead. Confusing email, and half the time the online order section loads a blank screen, I guess the their CS department isn't that great at making websites either. Went to the customer service desk only to wait in line behind some slow worker for 10 minutes only to be told to go upstairs instead. I had issues with an online order but the team was able to help resolve them and make sure I got what I ordered.
Depends on what you're looking for. If you'd like a quick coffee between classes or the equivalent of gas station snacks, this is a great place to go for that. If you want to buy tech, go to the Apple Store, straight to the source, because the Campus Store will often be out of what you want and will not repair anything. Or get the same stuff for less money at Best Buy or Walmart. A lot of the time, the selection will be poor and they may be out of what you want.
