the tech help desk is USELESS. staff is poorly trained and have 3 people just stand around doing nothing. the girl that was supposed to help me had no idea what to do but still wanted me to pay $60 for them just to send it to the Apple Store. I took my device back, googled it and fixed it by myself within 3 minutes. never going back there again.
