Totally unprofessional business. Ordered a book, no confirmation or reply two weeks later that they were shipping it to me. Even customer service was clueless. What a terrible business, how they can survive with such bad service is beyond me. Avoid.
Great service in and out.
Review is mainly for the warehouse people; really sad that I forgot to get the names of the two guys who helped me with my book pick-up because we had a really fun and interesting conversation - they are super kind and sweet people :))
