I scheduled an appointment 3 months in advance. I awaited patiently under the increasing pressure of my PTSD only to have the appointment not only cancelled but the office manager fail to follow up and see to it that I would be seen. I explain the distress of my situation and thought that would help. Bad enough we are on our own from the VA and now I can't even get care attached from my employer.
