When purchasing online books, I purchased a used book around $18 and rented a textbook. I come in the next day to find out that not only is the textbook not available (within 8 hours), but that I was charged for a fully new book, $30 in price. Unreliable for anyone staying true to a budget, and who cares about where their own money goes.
Picked up my textbook super fast, and hassle-free. The person was also super kind. Great job!
