Preface: I used to work at UMCU on Jackson Rd a few years ago. I was notified by the automated fraud response text for a potential compromise to my card a few days ago. I confirmed the fraudulent attempt and had my card blocked. I then called the Contact Center and talked to Pam, and she was absolutely wonderful.
