I have been a member for 12 years and I went in to withdrawal a large amount of cash to help pay for things around the house and they REFUSED to give me cash and demanded that I provide a contract for services to be paid to give me MY money. I even called the day before to let them know I needed to withdraw it and they said no problem. I went to the Jackson Ave branch and the manager flat out refused to give me MY cash without a contract to prove what I was using MY money for. Service was prompt and most professional.
Alex was so helpful, friendly and personable! I forgot my wallet and she was able to go through the id process with me so I could still make my cash withdrawal. So happy you’ve got such great staff at my home branch!
Ann Marie was amazing and so considerate of all of our needs. We are so thankful for her kindness and service!!
