This bank is horrible and the bank manager is even worse.
I am not one to write reviews but Soleil was the most helpful person ever. She explain everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. She was incredibly knowledgeable about everything I was asking and even with other branches.
The staff was very friendly to me. They saw I had some handicap issues and was very willing to come to me rather than make me walk all around the branch. The were able to help me get my banking needs done very quickly. I have told all of my coworkers about this particular branch and their staff.
I am grateful for Carla! I recently went to this branch to manage some potentially complicated financial matters. I attempted to resolve these with two other institutions (Chase and Discover) without success and was feeling discouraged. As soon as I walked in the building, Carla greeted me and set up a space for us to discuss my concerns and goals.
