My experience today was warm and heartfelt. I had a loss and had to handle some important business. Brittany made this challenging process for me wonderful. She took her time with me especially during my meltdown. Brittany showed empathy and was emotionally in touch and in tune with my feelings and the situation. This is why I've been a member for over 20yrs. Words cannot express my gratitude to Brittany and the U of M Credit union family. Thank you Brittany I truly appreciate you .
As an Ann Arbor local, I used to trust this entity with my financials for years. However, I have been let down by the team handling fraud & scam. They tried to toss the matter around with multiple different agents there. Every time I call to try to get information or updates, they either hang up or they advised me to speak to a different person that I never was transferred to successfully. Very unprofessional team.
Don't use the ATM here unless you want get stuck with $50s. Won't change it either unless you're a member. They guaranteed I will never be a member.
