I am grateful for Carla! I recently went to this branch to manage some potentially complicated financial matters. I attempted to resolve these with two other institutions (Chase and Discover) without success and was feeling discouraged. I came into this branch with $1,700. cash to deposit in my savings account. I told the teller my account number, she repeated the first three digits back to me and I restated the last three digits again to her. She didn't ask me for identification, and then, I discovered the next morning online, that she deposited my money in a woman's account with a completely different account number!! My experience today was warm and heartfelt. I had a loss and had to handle some important business. Brittany made this challenging process for me wonderful. She took her time with me especially during my meltdown. Brittany showed empathy and was emotionally in touch and in tune with my feelings and the situation.
