Mckinley location is great. Bertrand? A couple of employees need more customer service skills. One gentleman was just flat out rude. Never going back there. ***Follow up**** Received a phone call from the credit union today to discuss what happened. Was not expecting a phone call. They were very concerned about the incident and apologized. That really did make me feel a lot better about the situation. Thank you!
