Overdraft fees are a joke. My daughter was charged 13 overdraft fees, at $29.00 each, over the course of 7 days. The payments they made on her behalf? $1.25 so she could do laundry - which ended up costing her $30.25 with the fee, a $4.26 charge, a $5.00 charge... not ONE charge was over $13.00. They mailed the noticed to her home address in Illinois- real helpful when she is at school in Kentucky. Where is the personal service?
