Amazing! From the janitorial staff to the surgeons. I can't say enough nice things. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I have never felt so safe and well taken care of in a hospital!
This a one of the greatest hospitals ever they gave me the chance to know my daughter bekah leeann Sherman for two 1/2 years. They saved her life when she was only minutes old, there isnt enuff words to say how thankful i am of all the doctors, surgeons, and nurses who cared for my baby. Even though she passed away 10-6-13 i know they did there best in every way possible and the things they done for me when she got her wings and went to heaven is priceless. Thank you dr. University of Iowa Children's Hospital saved our Daughter Carlie. She was diagnosed with Bacterial Meningitis at 2wks of age in 2006. She was at the hospital for a month! She is 7 today! ! It was her Dr.s and nurses and staff that saved her when we were told to call our family cause it didn't look good! We go back every year for follow ups! She has come a long way! Thank you!
We have always had great service when we go down. We are down approx every 3 months.
The staff here is so caring and thoughtful. I donated 100 hats that my fiancée & i crocheted to them last Friday and we are going to keep donating there in the future! They are so appreciative!
I was there when I was a young girl and treated of a very bad ear infection. Was given radiation treatments and it cured my ear problem. I've never had a problem since. No signs of cancer from the radiation.
