This place was honestly the worst place. My father came here for help as he had gastric cancer and was having kidney issues. With a few visits I can take away that nurses don’t even know what to do nor keep a good schedule. I get it’s a hard job but it’s possible to make your work easier. But anyways another thing that bothered me was that there was a nurse who was attending my dad never tried explaining what she was doing to my mom (who needs a simple explanation as English isn’t her first language). I would honestly give zero. I went in for depression on the CSU unit. I reported a patient exposing himself on unit. Nurse failed to report the incident or remove the patient from access to me. This allowed for him to continue this behavior. When I asked to be discharged the NP placed me on hold because I was to unstable but then minutes later the MD labeled me perfectly stable and able to discharge.
