I had a broken foot and my husband has spine problems, the employees went above and beyond helping us with wheeling us around to my appointment. The foot doctor was very thorough and explained things quite well.
My best doctors are at UIHC. My less good doctors are there, too. But, there is excellent healthcare to be found and it is really worth your time.

Today I received the best customer service from 2 amazing employees at the University of Iowa at the Iowa River laboratory location. Alex and Noy deserved to be recognized because they went above and beyond. This was the best customer service I ever received at this clinic. I really appreciate them because I was having a tough day and they made my day. Thank you!
