Today I received the best customer service from 2 amazing employees at the University of Iowa at the Iowa River laboratory location. Alex and Noy deserved to be recognized because they went above and beyond. This was the best customer service I ever received at this clinic. I really appreciate them because I was having a tough day and they made my day. Thank you!
How are you supposed to get better, much less eat and sleep in a SHARED room when your roommate is constantly coughing up loads of phlegm including some treatment that sounds disgusting? How is this quality of care? My Mom is fighting for her life and sanity with no appetite and insomnia—this is crazy! And I’m sure her bill will be astronomical. Food is also below average. Canned green beans and dry chicken and few nutritious options w colorful fresh vegetables. No organic. No true probiotics but I’m sure the industrial food... read more
