I needed to cancel an appointment so I dialed the number provided to me by the referring vet, followed the prompts, and ended up at a woman's voicemail. I don't recall the name of the person but they failed to return my first 2 calls so I called a 3rd time but didnt bother leaving message this time around. Being that we were intending to cancel, we obviously did not attend our appointment. As a result, we were billed $175. If I could rate a zero, I would. My dogs got out and a lady took them from the very street they live on. After seeing her Facebook post I contacted her immediately and showed proof of ownership. Cant stand the staff or anything with this place. Never and i mean never take ur animal here to get treatment. I was recommended by my vet for blood work and see why my dog had 0 white blood cells. Will never come back. Also had a friend bring his cat for emergency care and they took very poor care his cat and then tried to charge for stuff they didnt even do. I will always tell ppl to go somewhere else!
Horrible experience . They charged me 3,000 for an MRI ( I have proof ) very very very impatient , not compassionate , find anywhere else to take your pet . Please . They don’t care they just care about learning at the expense of your pet please don’t subject your pets to this place
Really great care for my Pups bone cancer treatment. Cost was way better than private clinics, and they actually diagnosed it properly which private clinic failed to do. Doctors and nurses were very helpful, recommend them for especially my Chicago friends to help save money on treatments and surgeries.
