Absolutely terrible
A lot of construction going on . Expensive parking .
This office never misses a chance to issue a citation: stop for ten minutes in a half-empty lot that costs 50% less than your actual permit, and you’ll be ticketed with impressive speed. If only every administrative office at UH operated with such precision! But when the problem is on their side—like a non-functioning gate arm in your assigned "premium" lot, or COAST card parking validations suddenly canceled—the urgency disappears. Getting someone to even acknowledge the issue feels like asking for a miracle.
Revokes my parking permit without notifying me. Proceeds to give me a citation for not notifying me
