I've had the worse experience with this bookstore through an online order. I placed an online order for apparel, it got delivered but the size medium I ordered didn't fit well. I called the store and spoke with Jordan to ask for the exchange process. He sounded unsure but made it seem simple. I should return the item and once received, they'll ship the requested size, small. Once the return was delivered, I sent an email to the store asking for an update.
