I had a wonderful experience at University Nursing Center when I needed rehab! I must say that I wasn’t particularly excited at the thought of going to a nursing home. I was more than pleasantly surprised when I arrived. It smelled so nice and was very clean and cozy. The staff was so caring across all of the departments! University employees are dancing in the halls and making residents feel loved and right at home! The new Executive Director, Rachel, is bringing a positive culture to this fabulous community. What a blessing to the community of Upland.
If you need health care and live in the upland area its close to home the care is grate.
This facility has the advantage for patients of being smaller and more like home. The staff was especially kind in a time of need.
I couldn't have ask for Better people to care for my dad. They absolutely spoiled him & he loved every bit of it. He is 89 years young & Hospice was actually in charge of doing his daily "necessities " BUT the skill, care & cheerfulness was just incredible. If you or anyone you know Is looking for a nursing Home for a family member PLEASE look into University in Upland, Indiana. The Best
