It took 7 weeks to get the air chiller in my room fixed, because "corporate' doesn't want maintenance to do any repairs that cost money. The only reason it was fixed after 7 weeks was that it was affecting my health, and the business office didn't want to lose my monthly insurance payment. The nurses on 2nd floor are wonderful, but administration, the business office, Social Services and activities departments are all a train wreck. Between the maintenance department and Thaddeus, I’m not sure which one is better. It is so maintained. But also it’s so Thaddeus.

This facility is AWFUL! They don't pass out water to the residents. Closet floor in resident's room is covered in dirty clothes, NO CLEAN pants to put on! Food is terrible 85% of the time. Plus they grind up the meat and refuse to leave it cut-up in bite size pieces. Bath nurse does a horrible job; dried-up soap and dead skin all over resident's face,neck, and body. None of the employees are friendly ( if you can even FIND one). Resident's belongings disappear. Etc, etc, etc...
