They were very quick to ask for good reviews, but now will not return my phone calls when I ask to speak to the general manager regarding the rude way I was treated by a staff member who wanted to answer random questions instead of the ones I was actually asking. Purchased a Mazda with the “ extended warranty”. I had an issue with a defective door and was told they would order a replacement. Replacement was never ordered and follow up never occurred. Transferrable warranty is not true as its only with University Mazda and does not cover the entire car as they stated.
Frustrated with the QC on these USA made Mazdas. Not the salespeoples’ fault but Mazda needs some serious process improvement. Since moving production to Alabama, the quality has really gone down. This is, unfortunately, likely going to be my third and final Mazda. Sorry✌️✌️
