As soon as you step into the elevator it begins! floors are dirty with trash getting off the elevator as soon as it opens all you smell is urine, patient room filled with rubbish behind everything trash buckets filled no tvs at all in patients room dirty bed mats just laying over the heaters it's not inviting at all just sad and smelly

Very disappointed in metro hospital for sending my loved one there without telling me and the administrator lied and told me that the entire building was a psych building when only the 4th floor was psych and she shouldn't have been on that floor anyway because she is not a psych patient building is in terrible shape and it smells horrible in there needs to be remodeled immediately and on top of that they neglected her and she almost passed away due to her sugar levels being way too low if you have someone in need of care do... read more

University Manor is unclean and They rooms doesn’t not look like the pictures on the website. They are disordered organize some of the CNAS and nurses are rude. You cannot recognize them because they do not wear a name tags when we use to visit my uncle they used to be female hair weave on his sheets. You could tell that he wasn’t groomed Also chip paint on the wall I was not recommend this place for even a dog

I reside at the Indian Hills Senior Community in Euclid, Ohio. Ms. Shonta Rose, University Manor Admissions Director, led me on a tour of the University Manor. I was impressed with the rehabilitation services offered. The cleanliness of the facility was outstanding. I am amazed at how University Manor provides a clean, safe, and secure environment for the residents and the staff.
