Negligent and downright disrespectful "caretaking" that endangered my Grandmother's life. Examples include: -Denying the presence of an OPEN bedsore that appeared during the stay. -Forgetting to turn on her oxygen several times and again denying there was a problem although the levels would fall as low as 87%. -Asking weird question such as "is she into fetish" (yes, seriously) ..and the list could go on.
