This is the worse place. There are bugs all over the place!!!! It smells horrible!!! The residents are thrown in multiple layers of diapers because staff does not want to change them so the layer up diapers. I found my loved one in 3 diapers and multiple pads during the day!!! I was told by my loved one the nurses/cnas do not care half are asleep all night and the other half are on the phone all night and get angry when they need to assist!!! I have worked here for over 4 years. I honestly couldn’t see myself working anywhere else. I have found a second family with my residents and my coworkers!
Clean and smells wonderful. Whenever you visit there is always staff cleaning. Residents look like they're having fun.
I’ve tried calling this community multiple times with no answer. I can’t get ahold of anyone to check on my love one. If you’re a long distance from a loved one please don’t put them here because you will not be able to contact them.
My experience was different from the other reviews. My brother Dellmar stayed @ this Facility for 14 months in 2018. At the time remodeling was going on, carpet & rooms were being completed. The Director Rebecca Kreinik, and all the other Staff members were pleasant to work with. My brother, was stubborn at times and hard to work with. This Facility treated him nice. My brother was unable to walk or care for himself. The Rehabilatation Center, taught him how to walk and do things on his own. The Doctors, Nurses, Social Worke... read more
