I’ve tried calling this community multiple times with no answer. I can’t get ahold of anyone to check on my love one. If you’re a long distance from a loved one please don’t put them here because you will not be able to contact them.
My experience was different from the other reviews. My brother Dellmar stayed @ this Facility for 14 months in 2018. At the time remodeling was going on, carpet & rooms were being completed. The Director Rebecca Kreinik, and all the other Staff members were pleasant to work with. My brother, was stubborn at times and hard to work with. This Facility treated him nice. I called and texted DON yesterday and today (9/18) ; inquired my parent’s missing food delivery; DON hasn’t replied ! Very frustrating, University Heights changes DON constantly and very hard for families to know who’s responsible for f/u residents complaints… ☹️☹️☹️ Today is 9/23/24 I texted both DON and Director of admissions to f/u my parents Costco food delivery again; still no reply? Not sure how this facility run? Totally ignored residents’ family’s concerns??? Very very frustrating! ☹️☹️☹️😣😣😣
Such a wonderful little facility. Every staff member is cheerful and welcoming. They always have smiles on their faces and are eager to help. The facility is clean and I have never walked in and smelled any odors. Everyone there have such big hearts! I would definitely recommend this facility!
