My family has been working with UFPROS (principally Chris) for seven years. We invested in a lifetime package for both of our children and although I was initially hesitant, the decision has proven to be a very good one. Chris has been a great advisor and involved in nearly all of the important questions we have faced through these years regarding college for our kids. His advice is always thoughtful and helpful. But I am especially grateful that he is there whenever we have needed to consult with him.
Won’t pay his employees what is due. Owner over values business to take business loans to pay for salaries and then uses insurance products to lock up customers funds for many years without penalty for withdrawals.
Chris, the owner, is a glorified salesman as one other person said. Complete waste of $5000. So many promises made that they would save us more money than we would be paying, only to find out that they were extremely difficult to work with. Chris will try to give you a discount with a one day expiration in an attempt to get you to make an impulse purchase. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Also, it seemed that anything you wanted them to help with would cost extra money. What on earth was the 5k for then?!
Chris, the owner of this company is a glorified sales man who will give you tons of empty promises to get your money and then do nothing more than spend 10 minutes a year to fill out an online form for you and refuse to communicate if you have questions and insult you if you express any dissatisfaction with the services you receive. Chris lacks all forms of professionalism and respect for the families he provides services to. Steer clear of this place
Not at all a good resource for this function. Way too compelled to offer Minnesota only solutions to school offering and when you don't agree with what is being proposed they tend to discredit other options. Once those decisions are made not very inclined to help in the process. Lots of services offered, during the initial sales pitch, very few of them were ever followed through on.
