I was hoping to talk to somebody about opening my first credit card and called the number listed on their website to ask if they accept walk-ins and what the hours were. Bianca told me walk-ins were accepted, the hours are 9-5, and they don't close for lunch. I arrived and there was nobody there! I called back and a different representative told me that was wrong and they are by appointment only.
