I am hoping my experience going forward will be better. What I have learned is that this is a small credit union compared to what most people are used to, and as a result the services offered will seem to be sub-par. If this isn't what you're looking for, don't be in a hurry to close your other bank and CU accounts which already provide the level of service that you need. This bank is very confusing and hard to deal with. The phone greeting is a computer generated voice who tries to act like he enters data with fake key board noise it is hard to get directed to a real person. I understand this is how all companies are going but theirs seems more difficult to deal with. The bank just needs to make customer service more simple.
