Their banking services work to expectations until they immediately lock your account on any sign of remotely fraudulent activity (basically, most online transactions), and after many minutes of waiting, their customer service won't even reactivate a card! Also, wire transfers are unusually difficult to make here.
The University Credit Union and specifically, the location across the street from the University of Miami is phenomenal! The staff is friendly and professional. Their customer service is top notch! I sincerely appreciate Sam Serrano and Alex for their service excellence. Sam and Alex were equally committed to resolve, problem solve and identify the win win option for customers.
