The University Credit Union and specifically, the location across the street from the University of Miami is phenomenal! The staff is friendly and professional. Their customer service is top notch! I sincerely appreciate Sam Serrano and Alex for their service excellence. Sam and Alex were equally committed to resolve, problem solve and identify the win win option for customers. Thank you again Sam and Alex.
Their banking services work to expectations until they immediately lock your account on any sign of remotely fraudulent activity, and after many minutes of waiting, their customer service won't even reactivate a card! Also, wire transfers are unusually difficult to make here.
Ms. Vasquez cut into her lunch break just so she could help me out. Excellent hospitality.
I have been a member of this Credit Union since 1982 , I was just robbed of the wallet , and lost all my cards and personal information. I reached out to Karla Vasquez , and as always was the most helpful person to assist me in the process of getting my CC requested. Honor were honor is due !!
