Get directionsI am truly delighted to say that UCLH embodies all the attributes and standards that make London exceptional. When I arrived with my one-year-old, who had a high fever, during the night shift, I was deeply impressed by the prompt and professional care we received. All the way from Titi at the front desk, to the doctors Tom and Taz, nurses Reenue and Rosaline, and the play specialist, Chloe. It was remarkable to witness how professional, caring, and compassionate every member of the team was. Their attention to detail and dep... read more
Went to the emergency department, everyone was extremely nice, helpful and efficient. Despite the warning that it could take 4h, finished everything in 2

I am 12 weeks pregnant with Hyperemesis and everytime I come to this hospital the nurses and doctors are just so nice they make sure you eat and check on you now and then. I had to go to the A&E on Saturday night for a non emergent reason. I waited about two and a half hours, which I thought was more than reasonable given the amount of patients waiting to be seen. My doctor Andrew was really kind and my nurse Stuart was reassuring and we chatted while he was taking care of me. I’m really grateful to all the staff at the A&E.
