Worst company ever. They shouldn't be doing business. Lack of professionalism.
This company is TRASH , it’s going on 2 weeks that I’ve called and spoke to many people and EVERYBODY told me the same thing and NOTHING was done . I still havent received my trash bins and the “courtesy person” who was suppose to be sent out to pick up the trash on 4 different occasions NEVER showed up so I have been taking my trash to the dump myself . Wish i could hire another company to service my area . Bet they won’t have any issues billing me huh
Universal waste is a terrible trash company. They have not picked up my trash over 40 times in a 3 year period. When I call them to let them know my trash wasn't picked up they argue and say they did pick it up. I had to call LA County Trash Complaint in order to resolve some of my trash not picked up. I get so many excuses, new driver or my address wasn't on the list for rollout service. If you get get another trash company I would.
