idk why people gives attitude miles away
Had a great experience getting loaded with AC units here. Gentlemen at the shipping were very nice, clear with the instructions and i was loaded in less than 15 min. And the way they loaded it, tells you they know what they are doing. They had it positioned it well, good idea for fuel efficiency. Just had to chain up like they instructed me to and i was out of there. No problem, no hustle. Just follow the instructions they provided. And don’t forget to call 30 min prior to your arrival. Universal Truckload is unprofessional and offers no support. Doesn’t control their shippers. Avoid if possible.
Stay away from Universal Truckload if you value your time and professionalism. This broker has zero control over the facilities they work with and no accountability for how their shippers treat drivers. I was completely set up on a terrible load with rude and unprofessional staff at the facility. Universal Truckload did nothing to support or resolve the situation. Not trustworthy, not reliable — I would not recommend working with them.
