Your driver who just went flying down Heritage Trail Drive in Monroe, van #138, has got to slow down. He came very close to hitting a young girl on her bike. He is consistently easily doing 40 mph in a 25 mph, residential area.
Worked here for almost 3 years they don't care about there clients or there drivers called dispatch one time told them my brakes were grinding and was told by Wally just give your self extra room and finish your runs don't say anything to anybody on top of that they refuse to pay me my unpaid wages even after giving my two weeks and not just quitting on them stay away
I don't understand how there are so many bad reviews. I've never had an issue with this service. I've been using them for a few months. Their drivers are very friendly, very safe, responsible, reliable, always on time. All around great company!! I'll definitely keep using them! I appreciate you guys!
Never fails, again today….A Universal Transportation school bus (Columbus) pulls into HQ Flats off of Hamilton Road and does a U-turn in the street, having to stop and back up blocking traffic. Three lanes going out and one coming in with vision partially blocked by the complex sign!! This happens twice a day! Have reported this to them several times with no response! They lied and said they called my phone for my cousin ride to school he’s been riding with them from my house a month I have to sit up from 5:30 am to 7:am so he won’t miss ride I I’m so over this company BOBBIE lied. And I even I asked to speak with her manager she said they are not available i’ve never known a job, not to have a supervisor or a manager on duty each shift
