They never answer the phone. Never answer emails. My questions remain unanswered due to their lack of communication.
The HVAC Program is new here at the, Longbeach CA, Campus and is still expanding its resources, but the bad reviews on here seem unfounded and bias, by people who feel jolted because of their own shortcomings. I have been taught by most instructors and put to work what I have learned here because I am invested in my future and determined to leave here with the skills I need to succeed. This school never does their job done, on top of having a frustrated attitude telling students that they’re the problem when it’s really not. They love to blame students for their own mistakes. They shouldn’t be working in a place they can’t finish their job. Horrible place with such horrible attitudes. If I could put a negative star rating, trust me, I would. This school never answers phone calls, and if you get someone to answer at the front desk, they transfer you to another department and they wont ever answer. Leaving voicemails, emails, messages, and notes will not help with getting help with questions. I have left many emails and voicemails within the past 6 weeks and have yet to get a reply/answer.
