Looks like this company is running a scam with the "broken" credit card machines not working in their cars!!!!! Wouldn't you agree?????
Horrible! Zero stars!! Our driver said the credit card machine was broke inside the taxi. Giving him our credit card to call in the charge of $70, he added a fraudulent and unauthorized 22% tip to our card after being given a $15 cash tip. Since we received no receipt, as soon as I got into the house I called the company asking what amount was charged to our card and was told $70 yet when checking our statement $85.20 was charged to our card. I used Universal Taxi Dispatch services on three occasions over two days this past week. At THE END of two of those rides, I was informed that credit-card devices in each of those two cars were not-functioning/out-of-order. Quite disturbing! Especially because I was carrying very little cash. How is that possible? Why even have credit-card devices in the cars if they don't work?

i called for a taxi at 4 in the morning and did not get picked up until 7am, there is not a thing wrong w the drivers, the way the dispatchers communicate with you however left me very annoyed, telling me that the taxi has called my phone when my phone has not received any said calls. My wait time was continuously pushed back
