I used Universal Taxi Dispatch services on three occasions over two days this past week. At THE END of two of those rides, I was informed that credit-card devices in each of those two cars were not-functioning/out-of-order. Quite disturbing! Especially because I was carrying very little cash. How is that possible? Why even have credit-card devices in the cars if they don't work?

i called for a taxi at 4 in the morning and did not get picked up until 7am, there is not a thing wrong w the drivers, the way the dispatchers communicate with you however left me very annoyed, telling me that the taxi has called my phone when my phone has not received any said calls. My wait time was continuously pushed back
