Staff are so lovely made me feel like VIP!! Especially one of the guys there (i forgot his name 😭 I think it was edward eekkk) but he had such an amazing voice while he was jamming to the music carrying out all positive vibes, helped me with sizing, carried all my clothing pieces to the fitting room! Always came to check up on me! Was an overall good experience ☺️ Also big PLUS store was hella clean! Just the worst customer service ever. Nobody will help you, nobody will greet you if you walk into the store. Would never come back. The one in Melbourne central is much much better.
Nice range of clothes. Customer service is good as well.
