Rob at Universal Studios is great! The company has made the t-shirts, sweatshirts, fleeces, and other gear for the Medford Mustang Marching Band for years. The kids love their stuff and Rob makes ordering from the online store super easy. The quality is excellent and the turn-around time is super quick.
Gabriel who works in the hogarts area was amazing when I lost my kids. I was scared and he helped me. This happened on Monday 4/18
You couldn't ask for a more customer oriented or conscientious business.
Really helped me out and followed up with me to find a specific sweatshirt print.
