Irma the woman who took over Connie is a horrible professional. Not sure why they use that same name since they are not "Universal or Professional". Our family worked with her to prepare simple trust taxes, that and if I had known her bill (I left the bill paying to someone, else) I would have never used this company. Trust taxes are basically only slightly different than filing your business taxes. She charged $600 for nothing!
