Ordered a radiator fan and motor replacement for a machine. The fan and motor received was not a replacement for the model stated in product line. The fan itself was incorrect and hit the shroud once mounted. The motor would not accept the OEM fan mount. I respectfully sent emails for returns and a week later I had a return email that said I could return the item. No return sipping label was provided, paid out of pocket for shipping. Ordered a spal fan for my can am outlander on Tuesday. Communication was a little on the weak side but I recieved my product by Saturday which I would consider a very good turn around time. Product came exactly as described over the phone and works great. Overall I am happy with the transaction and would recommend UPI and their products
I purchased an Inferno Heater and did not get all the parts for the kit. It also came with incorrect instructions. After several phone calls a lady answered the phone and told me that I would get the replacement parts sent to me. They have not arrived although they were supposed to be here days ago. Don't buy from this company. I ordered a Spal Fan from them, and it would not work. I found the wires in the plug weren't even connected. I reached out to them multiple times, and they wouldn't even respond to me. I will never buy from them again.
I purchased an inferno heater from them I was sent the wrong kit I have been calling and emailing for a week and a half with no response I’m not very impressed at this time
