Greetings, I can't thank JR enough with helping me with an unusual request. I had been looking for excelsior bales basically everywhere and could not find any. I reached out to Universal and was able to speak with JR. Turns out they are only available once a year. JR kept in touch as he said he would, and when the timing was right we sealed the deal at the promised price. Thanks JR!
