I called 30 minutes before they close just information for the future, and I get hung up on because …. It’s 30 min till closing. Doesn’t seem like something a legitimate business would do.
Sadly, I was hoping this place would be timely and professional for my grandma who is battling cancer, but I was sadly very wrong. Not timely, unapologetic and unprofessional. Vans are dirty and have a weird smell. Driver’s tailgated and made my grandma stressed and uncomfortable. The worst transportation company we have ever used! I would give zero stars if possible.
