I have been using services from UMAS on and off for a decade. In the past for my parents and now for my mother in law. In the past I worked with supervisor Bhumi and currently Kinjal is the supervisor of our home aide, both are very professional, understanding and take care of all our requests as needed.
UMAS is hope of our senior people. They are providing such a nice care to elderly people in every way. I’m working for my client 12 years. I’m working in UMAS from long time. My Home Care Supervisor is Kinjal Sheth. She is very nice and helpful person.
I have been with the company for the last 10 years, working in various locations, and I have consistently found the managers and supervisors to be outstanding. Currently, I am at the Schaumburg by Patebrothers location, where I appreciate the professionalism of all the supervisors. Manager Rakesh Rami stands out for his excellent understanding of different situations and his effective management of the staff. Thank you for fostering such a supportive environment!

I have been working as a caregiver for Umas for the past 15 years, and I am very happy to be part of such an excellent company. Currently, I am based at the Schaumburg by Patel Brothers location. My supervisor, Kinjal, is very understanding and always addresses any issues I may have. The manager, Rakesh, is also outstanding.
