Where do I even begin? We had problems with this place before covid but it’s only amplified since covid. Tell me how I can see that my Nanny is missing teeth by looking at her through a 4 inch phone screen but the personnel there have failed to realize it. I was brushing her teeth when I was able to and she had all of her anterior teeth and in a matter of months I’ve noticed 2 missing and those are only the ones I’m able to see, God only knows what else is going on. I realize that this Covid situation is a struggle for facilities such as this one but it is unacceptable for the patients to be neglected and not given the proper care, treatments, medications, etc. Even more disturbing is the fact that they aren’t even getting basic things like baths, drinks when requested, being dressed properly, etc. This facility needs to step it up.
From one of your patients: " I haven’t had a pair of shoes on my feet in five days! I haven’t had a shower since last Tuesday " This is abusive!!!
Patients are NOT receiving quality care. COVID patients are being left without basic needs like shoes, drinks, BATHS, etc. Inhumane place to leave patients for days without a shower when they are legally supposed to have showers designated for COVID positive patients. DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY IN THIS INCOMPETENT “CARE” FACILITY.
This is a great place my son died there with cancer last Nov.they was the people,so caring and kind,if I had to do over I would do it all over again.

My 90 year old mother is here and very happy with her care and loves the activities! No matter what time we go visit everyone who works there is pleasant and helpful.
