My experience at Perry Creek has been wonderful . The nurses, CNA has been great with my mom. I would like to mention the CNA Liping Zhang did an outstanding job with my mom when she came into the facility and today made sure my mom is been watch and taken care of. Thank you Perry Creek and staff for doing a great job.

Very clean facility. Staff members were very helpful during the visit of my friend. Annette was very professional, caring and knowledgeable regarding care and well-being of my friend. All patients observed appeared to be happy and content.
