As a representative from AARP delivering roses and cards to the residents I can say I was received very well even though it wasn't relayed to the weekend staff that I was coming. The receptionist got the activity director, Virginia,to assist me. She went above and beyond to help me achieve my goal. The rest of the staff was nice as well. Your residents and some family members were very appreciative to be remembered on Valentine’s Day. It was a pleasure visiting your facility.
