Poor care to residents.There severely understaffed.These patient’s are not being taken care of.The director of nursing won’t even interact with the resident in the building.Patients aren’t getting baths .Had a lady tell me she been there for 3 weeks with no bath.They claim to have a shower team nobody’s ever there to do them.You have 14-18 residents total care lifts and no help.I witnessed a 17 yr old take a lady to the restroom alone with a sit to stand I was told by her she always does that.Not a place I ever want to be at... read more
This is my first time in rehabilitation. Everyone has been very kind to me. I would recommend Universal to anyone who needs therapy. Yolanda has been very nice to me. Housekeepers have been very patient with me.
