Very disappointed. It's been more than a week, since I had done the DNA testing with the instruction calling to follow up (FU) the case. The lady (name Annie) who picked up the phone when I called in was very rude. She did not help to answer to any questions I asked, but shown attitude, uneducated, and kind like I called to bother her time. I believe, some people write complaints in here before me, they may have an experience with this lady (ANNIE) because other staff look like very nice.
