My family and I had bought from this company in January they told us we would get our furniture in 2 weeks, which in fact did not happened we waited over a month to get our furniture and they did not contact us for the delay of timing. When they finally came it was midnight, one person dropping off our furniture damaging the floor, walls, bringing snow and mud into the house. If I could give no stars I would. This was the worst experience with a store I have ever had. First I ordered over 9k in furniture, and they came over 2weeks later than expected with no apology and transparency on when it would arrive. When they did arrive they came at midnight dragging all of our brand new furniture in the snow, bringing water all over my house, took over 2 hours to dry the water from my floor in my house. **Warning to buyers!!!** I bought furniture from this store 7 weeks ago. They said it would arrive in 2 weeks. I paid more than half the money upfront ($4,000). Their customer service is very bad. They keep saying "next week" but it's been 7 weeks. When I asked for my money back, they stopped answering my calls. They lied to me and treated me poorly. I'm going to the police. Don't buy from this store. They are not good and will take your money!!!
