My experience at Universal Furniture was beyond great. The prices are fantastic and negotiable,the customer service was excellent. They really helped me out and got me just what i wanted for amazing price. I'm very pleased with my purchase of bedroom set and living room sectional.You have gained a lifetime customer.Delivery was on time .I highly recommend this place to anyone in the Central Florida/ Kissimmee area.
Here on a sunday at 1230. Waited 30 min. Thier door says they should be open. The open sign is on but all of the lights inside are off and the door is locked. This is bad business.
My husband was a client for long time and he told me about them one the we go there because we want to bed for the kids and the owner was there but a Spanish man helping us the bed is a trash my kids can I even sleep on it and we have a problem with the mattress we pay for orthopedic they send us a trash mattress I personally call them the Spanish guy was in vacation when he come back we go there he said we have to pay more we pay more he only change one mattress I don’t want to go back in for with them since then I tell eve... read more
