I spoke with the service rep about getting my trailer tires repaired. The rep acted as if she was setting up a service repair slip gave me a ETA on who soon the technician would be able to come out to do the repair, only to change the ETA to another 4 hours later which still was fine. After the 4 hours had passed I called back only not to get a answer. If your looking for road side assistance on your trailer Don’t call them they are not coming.
