Horrendous Customer Service ...and to think that i still have 3 more years to deal with this company. The girl Claudia and the receptionist are very rude and are unwilling to work with you. Rigo is straight forward but very professional, so lesson learned. Don't call this place and just mail payment instead.
This company is the most unprofessional work place I have ever came into contact with. A woman named Gabby acts like she's some kind of gangster rather than actually acting professional or has had any business training. Claudia is so rude an disrespectful, service is horrible..if you don't pay them they will sue you,they lost a lot of business with dealers because of there reputation, impound my car over $60 and had to pay close to $2000 to get it back they also gave me the run arounds, was suppose to get car back sat didnt get it till mon...worst finance company ever
The worst business ever! Claudia is a loan shark, they will impound your car even if its on a fire hydrant for any reason, I had to pay 900$ to universal and it wasn't even a repo.

Universal Finance San Gabriel has the worse Customer Service from the receptionist to GABBY they refuse to let you speak to a manager. They have 14 complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau 4 current complaints regarding their customer service, collection practices and their IMPOUNDING of cars. A friend had their car impounded for no registration. The registration fees have been paid, the car has been released by the police department and The Repo Fee was paid to Universal Financial. Threatens,rude and annoying!
The people that work for this company are very rude. If you have purchased a vehicle then expect the worse from them. I was only one day late on my car payment and threatend me about impounding my vehicle the next day. I now my rights as customer. in the contract it states that after 60 days being late then they can reposses you vehicle. So if you happend to do businees with this stupid people good luck cause I am going throught mines with them.
