Tony worked with me from start to finish on buying a Triaxel. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service being able to resolve every problem and answering every one of my questions, making it one of the smoothest transactions I’ve ever got done. *BEWARE!* I purchased a machine and was referred to Universal Finance Corp to do my loan through, asked for documents throughout the loan process and was denied this information. Come to find out they locked me into a term loan without my knowledge, I am now locked into this loan and stuck paying thousands more in interest without the option to pre-pay the loan.
