10/23/33 around 12 noon She runs the checks and looks at address on the ADP that clearly says NJ… There are signs posted on the glass that says 2% fee for out of state payroll checks…. The worker says they don’t cash out of state payroll checks anymore. And when I pointed to the sign, she said she doesn’t know why this isn’t posted anywhere….
