ORDER ISSUES / BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I ordered a Paragon steamer within a couple of hours after my old one died. I ordered knowing it would take at least 8 business days to ship out (as the website said), but it’s been over 2 weeks now and it still hasn’t shipped.
