So disappointed with universal companies. I ordered What I thought was a sawan herbal poultice warmer And I ended up getting a $38 Amazon food cooker. They didn’t even deny it! When I inquired about returning it because I spent over $138 for the set up, they expected me to pay for a return shipping. They didn’t even apologize for their bait and switch advertisement. Universal just lost a long time customer. Such a shame!
Never again!!! I have been buying from them for years. The first time I need to return something and they make me go through hoops to return a defective product. They are the ones I bought it from not the manufacturer of the item!! They are responsible not the 3rd party!! They don’t return emails promptly and my last email was never returned. I had to dispute the charge to get my money back. This is the Worst company to do business with!!
Universal company is a great source for providing products that I need for my business and also providing great information for services
I received a faulty microdermabrasion machine. It makes a high pitched noise and has little suction. I sent in a video and instead of exchanging the machine, they open a claim and drag the process out. I have a machine that is useless, while they sit on thousands of dollars of my money. I also ordered an extra set of tips that I never received. When i ask when i should receive them, i get no answer.
