I have bought products from Universal for several years. Always been happy. Felt confident that products are good quality. AND they are. Last item bought was towel and poultice steamer. Great idea, but disappointed at size. VERY SMALL
The customer service is always top notch. The variety of products they carry and offer for spa solutions is substantial. Shipping is always prompt.

They are using my credit card to charge me for services items I never ordered or received and I can't cancel it. Scam company.
We've been purchasing from Universal Companies for years at my Wellness Center and we are always very satisfied with the promptness of their deliveries, the ease of using their website for supply purchases, and their friendly, professional customer service, so I can highly recommend Universal Companies for many of your Spa needs!
