I emailed customer support regarding our two accounts with LineOne and received an email back from Kaitlin Pickens. She was so helpful and attentive to what I needed. She kept me in the loop about what was going on with my request and ultimately I got the result I needed. We need more people in the workforce like Kaitlin.
